Grand Designs
In 2022 we had a visit from Grand Design’s Kevin McCloud and his film crew to capture some introduction footage and b roll of the surrounding area for a Grand Design home episode they are filming in Northamptonshire. While the episode itself is not about the tower it does provide a stunning location to introduce the viewer to Northampton.
BBC Radio Northampton
In 2022 we celebrated BBC Radio Northampton’s 40th birthday by hosting a LIVE outside broadcast of the popular local radio station from the very top of the National Lift Tower with a birthday guest list abseil running all day down the side of the tower.
